Shipping Policy
Delivered between 3 – 7 days after order confirmation.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed. Once order status changes to ‘confirmed’, it becomes impossible to cancel.
Dispute Policy:
Dispute can only be opened for delivered items. There is a 72 hours max window after delivery for any dispute on any product to be initiated. Upon expiration of this time, dispute window closes and order is legally deemed to have been fully completed.

Returns: wrong or defective items can only be returned and accepted upon a successfully completed dispute subject to audit and approval.
Refunds: full refunds will be made for wrong or defective items already paid for upon request and approval only after we have recovered the items from you. Refunds will be made through the same channel it was received or through any other channel agreed upon.
Exchange: replacements or exchanges will only be done upon request and approval in line with our exchange policy. Replacement will be limited only to the value of the initial order.
